1. Membership Eligibility
Applicants must be actively involved in the road transport industry in New Zealand.
Membership applications must truthfully reflect the accurate membership category and fleet size were applicable.
2. Membership Obligations
Members are expected to comply with all applicable New Zealand transport laws and regulations.
3. Fees and Payments
Membership fees are payable annually, with rates varying based on membership category and company size.
Failure to pay dues may result in suspension or termination of membership.
- To keep our services sustainable, membership fees are adjusted each year on 1 October in line with the Consumer Price Index (CPI).
4. Use of Member Benefits
Access to member-exclusive resources, discounts, and events is contingent upon active membership status.
Benefits are non-transferable and intended solely for the member’s business use.
5. Privacy and Data Protection
Personal and business information provided to NRC will be handled in accordance with New Zealand’s Privacy Act.
Members consent to NRC using their information for communication, advocacy, and member services.
6. Termination of Membership
Members may resign by providing written notice to NRC.
NRC reserves the right to terminate membership for breaches of terms, misconduct, or actions contrary to the association’s objectives.
7. Amendments to Terms
NRC may update membership terms and conditions, with changes communicated to members via official channels.
