Drivers are reminded to disengage twist locks on trailers at the driver safety zone BEFORE entry through the empty gate please.

Terminal Operations

We are continuing to see significant disruption to vessel schedules due to various offshore factors.

Please continue to monitor the POAL website for real time updates on vessel movements and cargo receival windows.

The truck grid has been flowing well, at present we are achieving good truck turn times.

18.5% of this week’s gate transactions have been processed through our kiosks. We encourage transporters to use kiosks where possible.

Please work with the shipping lines on forward vessel receival dates and availability of Sunday R&D.

For steel transporters, a reminder to ensure they park as far left in the loading lane as possible allowing space for the driver to walk around their vehicle safely.

Please ensure PPE is worn in all operational areas.
