A reminder to pass on to all your drivers that if they notice an issue on the network contact NZTA ASAP by calling 0800 4 HIGHWAYS (0800 44 44 49)
There have been several cases recently where issues such as seal degrading or potholes not being reported for several hours after it was first posted on Facebook.
If you have time to post on FB you have time to make an 0800 call!
Issues that are reported are logged and crews are dispatched with their response monitored.
